In his spare time, Tylor likes to stay active by surfing and golfing and he enjoys going out and socialising with friends.

The main aspect of the loan process that Tylor will be helping you with, is the post unconditional stage – whereby our lender has fully approved your loan, and it’s time to purchase and settle on a property. This can be a very daunting stage, especially for first home buyers, which is why it’s always a huge relief to have a qualified expert like Tylor on your side.

What inspired you to become a broker/analyst/manager/officer, and how did you get started in the industry?

I wanted to empower people during one of life’s biggest milestones—buying a home. Having experienced the challenges myself, I recognised the need for support and guidance, especially for first-time buyers. After working in construction and feeling unfulfilled, I realised I could make a more meaningful impact in the mortgage industry. This motivated me to become a reliable partner for clients, helping them turn their dreams into reality.

If you could describe your work style in three words, what would they be?

Efficient, dedicated, proactive!

Can you share a fun fact about yourself that most people don’t know?

I jumped out of a perfectly good plane and free-fell thousands of feet while skydiving!

If you could share a meal with anyone from any era, who would you choose and why?

Muhammad Ali, because he wasn’t just an amazing athlete—he was a powerful voice for social change. His ability to stand up for his beliefs while being a captivating personality makes him someone I’d love to share a meal with.

Can you share a story where you helped a client (it doesn’t matter how small or big) that makes you smile?

I once helped a client overwhelmed by tax and business loan debt. We refinanced and consolidated, freeing him from thousands in weekly payments. The relief in his voice was priceless—it turned his stress into a big smile!

What’s one piece of advice you always give to first-time homebuyers or to investors?

Always check the purchase price caps in the area you intend to buy. Knowing the limits for first home buyer schemes can save you from unexpected costs down the road.

What’s your favourite way to unwind after work or during the weekend?

Nothing beats heading to the pub with mates to catch the footy! Good vibes and great company!
